Submitting an inquiry through our contact form generates an email or WhatsApp quote. No service contract or final delivery schedule is active until a formal invoice is approved and payment terms are agreed upon.
Clients warrant that they own or possess the legal rights to translate and publish all submitted source texts and documents. The Language Smiths is not responsible for copyright violations on customer-provided content.
Our certified translations undergo rigorous quality assurance. If any official authority rejects our certification due to translation discrepancies, we will revise and re-certify the document free of charge.
